Refund Replacement, and Return Policy

Scope This policy applies to all purchases made from Bervins Haul LLC (the “Store”) unless a product page or order confirmation states otherwise

Returns accepted We accept returns for defective and non-defective items.

Condition for return Only new, unused items in original packaging are eligible for return unless the item is defective or otherwise noted.

Return window Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return Contact our support team at support@bervinshaulllc.com or via the contact form on our site to request a Return Authorization (RA). Include your order number, item(s), and reason for return. Do not ship items without an RA number. Ship returns to the address provided in your RA.

Return shipping costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. If the item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Proof required for claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing items, you must provide photo or video evidence as requested by our support team. For delivered-but-not-received claims, a non-delivery certification from the carrier is required before we will issue a refund or replacement.

Refunds and processing time Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will process refunds within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Exchanges If you prefer an exchange and the item is in stock; we will process an exchange following the same return procedure. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Restocking fees, we do not charge restocking fees.

Non-returnable and special items

  • Print-on-demand (POD) and preorder items cannot be canceled after payment and are not eligible for standard returns unless defective.

  • Any product page that lists a different return rule (for example, hygiene items or digital goods) takes precedence for that product.

Order cancellations and delays

  • Orders canceled before processing and shipment will receive a full refund.

  • Orders that lack tracking information, are pending, or are delayed beyond carrier thresholds may be subject to the Store’s delay rules. For claims related to long transit times or missing tracking, we follow the carrier timelines and may require additional documentation. Specific carrier exceptions (for example, Brazil or other international destinations) will be handled per the shipping method and destination, contact support for details.

Exceptions and additional terms We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis and communicated in writing.

Collective Supplier Products Some products in our store are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers through Shopify Collective. For these products, the following terms apply:

  • Return labels: You are responsible for purchasing and sending your own return label. The return address will be provided in your Return Authorization (RA).
  • Returns ship to: The supplier's warehouse (address provided in your RA — not our Macon, GA address).
  • Processing time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the supplier to process your return and issue a refund after the item is received.
  • Restocking fees: Supplier restocking fees may apply (up to 25% depending on item condition). These are assessed by the supplier upon inspection.
  • Return window: 30 days from delivery, unused items in original packaging only.

Supplier-specific return terms take precedence for Collective products where noted.
